Patridge's Hollywood profession began by appearing on The Hills, a reality television show. Later, Patridge landed a smaller role on Into the Blue 2 The Reef. This movie was made available exclusively on DVD, April 21, 2009. Patridge appeared on several occasions on Mad TV as well as Do Not Disturb. She was cast in August 2008 to play Megan for Sorority Row. Production took place from October 2008 through the beginning of 2009, and the movie was released in September of 2009. Patridge starred in Carl's Jr.'s commercials from 2009 through the end of 2012.
